There may be occasions when our full-fee based search is not necessary to assist you in hiring top talent. However, it might be extremely useful for you and/or your staff to have assistance in all or just part of your search.
The benefit is that you can utilize our Managed Search expertise to help you with any or all of your search process. You can scale the extent of our involvement to meet your individual, unique needs.

How It Works
We meet with your hiring team to understand the specific hiring need(s). A prerequisite for all Managed Search projects is the incorporation of our Hiring Success Factor methodology. The reason we only engage with a client using our methods is we know from years of experience this is the most effective way to find, attract and hire top talent.
We start with our 8 step hiring approach which consists of the following:
1Develop of a Hiring Success Profile and get agreement of accuracy from the hiring team.
2Meet with the hiring team and define roles, responsibilities and timelines for the remaining steps.
3Agree of sourcing channels and prepare appropriate information.
4Set up the initial screening and incorporate our Achievement Phone Screen format into the process.
5Develop the in-person interview process, assign hiring team and guidelines.
6Participate in the offer negotiation process and help close the offer.
7Create the follow-up process to bridge the gap between offer acceptance and starting work.
8Follow up with candidates as appropriate after they begin work.
The above steps have built-in flexibility and will vary somewhat depending upon the type of position(s) being recruited.
