Our Three Step Process
Before we ever engage with a client on any project we follow a three step process.
1Listen and Learn. We meet with key hiring team members to develop a clear and concise understanding of your hiring challenges, struggles and successes. Don’t expect us to try to sell you anything. We’re not there on a sales call. We’re there as consultants and at his initial stage, neither of us know if it makes good business sense to work together.
2Develop a Potential Solution. We will take your information and return to our office where we will combine our findings in step 1 with our own expertise and relevant research information and meet with you again to discuss our potential solution. Keep in mind that our work is highly customized to meet your needs and will combine our 40 years of expertise with today’s best methods and practices.
3Decide if we should work together. By the time we complete step 2, both of us will be in a position to know if we should proceed. If we mutually agree to work together to implement our solution, we’ll be in a position to quote you a fee. We’re not the least expensive, nor or we the most expensive, but what we do get are results.
