This profile becomes the foundation for our search. We prepare the profile by meeting with the key members of your hiring team and gaining agreement prior to starting any search.

Fees can be very attractive to our clients when using this method as we can deliver both training and search for fees much less than purchasing the services independently.
Every performance based search is managed and led personally by Carl Bradford. We utilize specialized team members along with extensive research to develop a target list of potential candidates.
Next we call and determine interest and match to the Achievement Profile. If the candidate meets the initial criteria, an in-depth interview is conducted and you as a client are provided a complete interview package from which you can begin your interview and selection process.
Every in-depth interview is conducted by Carl Bradford who personally creates your candidate package.
Securing the Hire
We continue our involvement throughout the recruiting, interview, selection and on-boarding process. We help you with every aspect of the process including negotiating a beginning compensation package.
We follow-up closely through the start date, then continue our follow-up to be sure the new employee is meeting all of your expectations and that you, as his/her new employer are meeting theirs.
