Carl Bradford is the owner of Bradford Consulting Companies, a company devoted to solving recruiting and hiring challenges by improving the quality of every hire and doing it in the shortest time possible.

His professional background spans over 40 years and includes a broad variety of management and consulting experience in human resource management and training for both U.S. and international operations.
His early career included roles as Director of Human Resources for global operations and Vice President of Training for an international franchise company. For the past 20+ years he has worked as a consultant to many companies – both large and small – to help them dramatically improve their recruiting and hiring.
Consulting to The Adler Group
Carl has designed a specific end-to-end hiring process using these methods for small to mid-size companies. This allows your smaller business to compete on a level playing field with much larger employers.
The Adler Group trains recruiting teams and hiring managers from some of the largest Fortune employers in how to dramatically improve their recruiting and hiring systems and methods. This has also included many, many small to mid-size businesses as well. They use a method developed by Lou Adler called: Performance Based Hiring.
I have taken these same concepts and combined them with my extensive 40+ years of hiring expertise and developed a powerful new process called Hiring Success Factors Methodology.
Carl’s Consulting Role with Adler
In addition to working in his own consulting businesses, he has also served as the National Practice Director with Adler since 1998. This is a partnership consulting role with Adler which includes overseeing their world-wide recruiter certification program.
Carl has a Bachelors degree in Education, complemented by numerous specialty training courses dealing with human resources, sales and management training.
