Carl’s professional background spans over 40 years of recruiting experience. His experience began on the Corporate side of HR where his career responsibilities rapidly expanded to include providing Talent Management leadership for employers with US and International operations. During that time, he worked for employers with a combination of business units in the Aerospace, Computer Systems, Commercial Real Estate Development, Engineering & Construction and Oil and Gas Exploration marketplaces.

For the past 20 years, he has worked as an Executive and Technical Recruiter and has co-owned two national search firms. During that time, he has also served as a subject matter expert to The Adler Group by providing leadership to Lou Adler’s Performance-based Hiring training program where he has solely been responsible for certifying recruiting teams from around the world in this truly remarkable hiring process.

Carl is typically described as a friendly, passionate talent acquisition professional who has broad-based knowledge and skill across multiple jobs and marketplaces. His love of technology and recruiting has him now focused on the SaaS Sales market which allows him to combine his love of helping clients build award winning sales teams within cloud-based software technology. A close colleague told him, “if you were a track and field athlete, your specialty would be the decathlon event.” When asked why he said that, “because you’re so good at the whole spectrum of the recruiting life-cycle and you reflect a passion for helping people achieve their career aspirations.”

Carl is married to Janice and together they have four sons and nine grandsons. He and Janice enjoy traveling, being with their church friends and of course, their son’s family and grandchildren.
